Merry Christmas...

Sorry it is so late, but I just wasn't able to tell everyone until now. I hope everyone had as good a Christmas as we did! We were exremely busy, but it was great! For some reason I didn't get many pictures this year, so I don't really have any to post...I guess I just wasn't feeling up to it! Gage racked up on Christmas gifts this year, and I will try to post those pics soon. I can't imagine what the poor child is going to do about getting any attention ;) He's pretty much spoiled rotten already! Thank You to everyone who thought of him and we hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!!

29 Weeks...

Here I am at the 29 week mark...I have almost made it 3/4 of the way!!!! It seems like it was just yesterday that we found out we were pregnant, but time is starting to slow WAY DOWN!!! Work has been hectic because of the Holidays, so being pregnant is really starting to wear on me. Hopefully when New Years is over things will be a little easier....not that I'm complaining!

MeMe bought Gage's "Coming Home" outfit the other day, and it is absolutely precious! It looks really big in the pic, but it is actually so tiny! I just can't imagine how sweet he will be in it! It is getting so close to time for him to get here and I'm starting to get extremely anxious! I can imagine that these last 10 weeks are going to be really tough, but it will be time for him before we know it! Thanks MeMe!!!

I finally have all the Christmas shopping done...Thank Goodness! Now I'm just waiting Chrismas to get here! This is by far my favorite time of the year! Michael wrapped my gifts and put them under the tree a few days ago, and I have been begging to open "just one"! He just laughs and says no! I just can't wait for Christmas Day!!!! If I don't have time to post between now and then...MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!!!!

A Big Day...and a Big Baby!!

Today was a pretty slow, but big day for Michael and I! A year ago today he asked me to marry him! Never did I imagine that our lives would change so much in just one year, but to my suprise...they did! This has been a really big year for us already, and the best has yet to come! We have gotten married, built a new house, moved in, found out we were pregnant, and now we only have a little over 2 months until we add to our family! Today we had our 4D ultrasound, and everything was GREAT! Gage definitly takes after his Daddy and is absolutely precious! I am 28 weeks, and he already weighs 3 1/2 pounds and is 17 inches long! I just can't believe he is already so big! He has the cutest little chubby cheeks you have ever seen, and a pug nose just like me! I just can't wait to see him in real life! The doctor seems to think he will be here mid-Febuary, so keep your fingers crossed for that. She says if he goes full term, he could easily be a 10 pound baby...not fun! She also says I have lots of amniotic fluid, which means I will lose the weight almost immediatly so that sounds great! Maybe I can keep on my same track and only gain a few more pounds. He certainly doesn't look like he's hurting from my slow weight gain...ha!

This is our Engagement Picture...we have both changed a little!

I've been tagged!!!

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate?
Hmmm...not really a huge fan of either, but if I had to choose...Hot Chocolate!

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?
When I was really little, Santa just sat the gifts under the tree, but as I got older they were wrapped! I'm sure Gage's gifts will be the same!

3. Colored lights on house/tree or white lights?
White lights for sure!

4. Do you hang mistletoe?
No...I would if I had some though!

5. When do you put your decorations up?
Usually I put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving, but this year I was a little late. Maybe I'll do better next year!

7 layer salad...my Aunt makes it for every Holiday, and I LOVE IT!!!

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?
I remember having so many places to go every Christmas and it was so much fun to me! It seemed like the gifts were never ending for everyone! The older I get the harder it is to enjoy all the Hustle and Bustle, but I still love it!

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
What do you mean...I still believe! If you don't believe, you don't recieve!!

Yep...I have Christmas Eve every year with my Mom's side of the family! For the last couple of years we have had Christmas at our house, and I love having all the family here!

Red, Silver, and Turquoise! Just like everything else in my house!

I love it! Nothing better than being snowed in with my hubby!

HA! No, I have a hard enough time walking!

A huge Red Bow!

Yum...I love 'em!

21. What do you want for Christmas?
I have had a really hard time with my Christmas List this year. It seems like everything that comes to mind is actually for Gage!

We have one for work every year. This year we are going to some fancy steak house in Little Rock.

25. Who do you normally spend Christmas with?
Wow! This could take a while! To make a long story short, we all day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day trying to make all our stops so that all the family is taken care of! It usually takes the entire 2 days!!

Last but not least, I want to wish my wonderful husband a Happy Birthday...he turned 31 yesterday! The last two years that we have spent together have been better than I had ever dreamed! He is such a great guy and I know he is going to be an even better father to our children! I can't express enough how much he means to me, and I am looking forward to many more years! I thank God everyday for sending me such a wonderful man to spend my life with!!! I love with all my heart Ang!!!

Here we are at Outback for his birthday dinner!

Here is my 26 week pic! I think I need a new photographer...this one keeps on making me look bigger...ha!

Post #4: My first trip to Deer Camp!

I never thought I would be saying this, but I made my first trip to deer camp last weekend. I was really dreading the trip, but I bit the bullet and did my wifely duty, and actually had a really good time. One day without a shower and my own bed was enough, but it was fun. Michael and I left on Friday and came back on Saturday night, so it wasn't too bad! I really had no intention of actually hunting, but I did that too! We sat there and talked most of the time, and still saw deer. We didn't kill anything though. Here we are on the way and also a small glimpse of the deer. They were really cute!

Post #3: Christmas is just around the corner!

Mom and I decided we would wake up at the crack of dawn on Friday morning to do some Christmas shopping...bad idea! I woke up at 3:00am, and got ready for Mom to pick me up. We got to Wal-Mart at about 4:30, stood in line for what seemed like FOREVER to get a few gifts, and at 6am we were finally leaving. I was really starting to question my own intellegence...ha! We did get some good deals though!!

On Sunday after Thanksgiving Mom and I hosted a Baby Shower for a freind of ours! Paige is due on the same day as my sis-in-law, and she is having a little boy also! With all the little boys on the way, this place is going to be a madhouse! Her shower turned out great, and she got lots of cute things. I went to Tammy's (my sis-in-law) baby shower last weekend, and she also got lots of cute things. I have another shower this weekend for another friend, Crystal...she's also having a boy! Going to all these baby showers makes me so anxious for ours! I just can't wait to see all the sweet little things for our little Angel! We are all so lucky to have such great friends and family!!

After the shower Sunday, my grandmother stayed at my house and helped me decorate our tree. I love having the tree to look at, but I'm not a big fan of putting it up! Nana was really sweet and did most of the work for me! Thank You Nana!! Didn't she do a good job!

This is my 25 week pic on Thanksgiving morning! I never realize how big I am getting until I see a picture. I still cannot complain at all about my pregnancy. I have been extremely lucky to have had no problems so far. The heartburn is getting worse by the day, and the sleepless nights aren't much fun, but if that is the worst, I can deal with it! Gage is still a wild child and for some reason I have a feeling that won't change. He gets that from his Daddy...haha!!

For those of you who are married, have divorced parents, or both...you know that the Holidays are always HECTIC!! Michael and I both have divorced parents, so we always have 4 places to go for every Holiday. The hustle and bustle has always been sort of fun to me, but it usually gets Michael in an uproar before we ever leave the house. I am a huge family person, and it is always fun to visit with everyone. This year we managed to go to everywhere we had planned and we even had enough time to stay and visit longer than 20 minutes! Here is a picture of us at his Mom's for Thanksgiving dinner!

It has been so busy around here, and I have been needing to post for a while now. Sorry, I've been a bit of a procrastinator. We have had lots of things going on, and I am so excited to finally get to share them! November 24th was my Mom's birthday, and because it falls on or around Thanksgiving every year, she never gets a birthday party. This year I decided to make things more special for her and give her one! Here she is with her cake!! It meant so much to her that I made her day special. She is an amazing woman, and I can't wait to see her with Gage! He is so lucky to have such a sweet person to call Meme!!

Love you Mom!!!
