Anyway, our doctor gave us some prescription drops that would wonders also mylicon helped a lot. But when all else failed the "colic hold" would help. This where Jay would put Jayci's legs on each side of his arm with her stomach laying on his forarm and support her head with his hand. She looked like a little monkey if you are trying to imagine it. Or I would put her bottom against my abdomen and one hand on her stomach, with slight pressure, and the other hand supporting her head. My arms are too short to hold her like Jay did. Anyway it's something to do with putting pressure on their little tummies that helped. Oh and we would just walk and bounce her. Ok well hope something helps colic can be frustrating.Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02003762760443883330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607612049583377683.post-24068236082458888802009-03-27T14:39:00.000-07:002009-03-27T14:39:00.000-07:00Hey there! Perri doesn't have colic but is definitely not an easy baby at all so I understand where you're coming form!! I don't know if it would help but Gripe Water or Colic Calm is great!! It's all natural made of different herbs and is very soothing on babies bellies. It helps Perri quite a bit. I found it at Target and Walgreens (gripe water) and Colic Calm you can find off the internet!!!Leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09453583552489349051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5607612049583377683.post-67028515906999056602009-03-27T14:04:00.000-07:002009-03-27T14:04:00.000-07:00Hey Anna, I have just gone threw some tough times ...Hey Anna, I have just gone threw some tough times with Chloe and certainly know what you are talking about. We went from Enfamil, Gentlease, Nutramigen , and finally Pregestimil. She is just within the last week calm and so wonderful, she doesn't have colic it was that she was very allergic to milk, she kept having blood and mucus in her stools so if he doesn't calm down then take them a dirty diaper and let them check it for blood. I pray that he gets to feeling better and that this formula you are on is all you have to go through, if you need anything or just to vent to someone who has been through this just email me. Oh bouncing exercise ball and gripe water worked to calm her down. joe-linseyhudson@att.netAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
